This policy explains what information Daniel Flores, a real estate salesperson affiliated with Compass (“I,” “me,” or “my”), collects through danfloresre.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.
Information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out a form, such as the home value request, the “Text Daniel” chat form, or a buyer or seller consultation page, I may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, timeline, interests, and any message you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed, and the page that referred you. The site stores a small cookie to remember whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice.
Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive financial information through this site.
How I use your information
- To answer your request, such as preparing a home valuation or replying to your message.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about the request you made.
- To provide real estate services you ask for, and to keep records of our conversations.
- To run, secure, and improve this website.

Text messages (SMS)
If you give your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from me about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
I do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that help me deliver messages to you.
How information is shared
I do not sell your personal information. I may share it only:
- With service providers who help me run my business and this site, such as website hosting (Netlify), my customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss), and phone and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide services to me.
- With Compass, my brokerage, as needed for real estate transactions and required record-keeping.
- With parties to a transaction you ask me to help with, such as lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors, or other agents, when you direct me to.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of you, me, or others.
Advertising measurement
Some consultation pages offer optional advertising measurement. Those tools load only if you check the box allowing them, and the details are explained on those pages’ own privacy notices: buyer inquiry privacy and seller inquiry privacy.
Cookies and outside services
You can decline non-essential cookies using the cookie notice, or block cookies in your browser settings. This site uses web fonts from Google and links to outside sites such as Compass, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Zillow. Those services have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.
How long I keep information
I keep inquiry and client records as long as needed to serve you, for legitimate business purposes, and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping rules. You may ask me to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information I hold about you, to ask for a copy, to ask me to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. I do not sell personal information, and I will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact me using the details below. I may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
