Updated October 8, 2026. Daniel Flores, Compass, uses the information you submit to respond to your seller inquiry and provide the review you request.
We collect your name, email, optional phone, property address/area/type/condition, sale timing, requested review, optional message, contact permission and campaign attribution. Inquiries are stored in Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship system, through a server function hosted by Netlify. The server keeps a submission receipt to avoid duplicate submissions.
Contact permission covers responses to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts. Email Daniel to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw contact permission, subject to records we must retain.
OpenAI advertising measurement is optional and off until you select it. If you consent, the OpenAI measurement SDK receives a lead_created event only after a confirmed successful save, with an event identifier and technical/advertising attribution data. We do not send your form name, email, phone, property address or message as conversion-event fields. OpenAI may process technical identifiers and the page URL, including advertising parameters. Do not put personal information into page URLs. If you do not consent, your inquiry still works.
On our buyer-agent and seller-agent consultation pages, optional advertising measurement also includes Google Ads. Google tags are blocked until you select the optional measurement checkbox. A conversion is sent only after Follow Up Boss confirms a successful save, with an opaque submission event identifier for deduplication. Google may receive the page URL, advertising click identifiers and technical data, and may set advertising cookies after consent. We do not include your name, email, phone, property address or message in Google conversion-event fields. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are not enabled. You can withdraw measurement permission by unchecking the box before submitting; your inquiry still works without measurement.
Font files are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information. We use service providers to operate the site and respond to inquiries, and may retain inquiry and receipt records for follow-up and operational requirements. We do not publish your submitted property details.
