Daniel Flores, Compass, collects the contact details, search area, budget range, timeline, financing stage, and optional message you submit to respond to your request and help plan your residential home purchase. Please do not submit account numbers, identity documents, income records, or other sensitive information.
Your inquiry is saved in Follow Up Boss, our CRM, through a secure server function hosted by Netlify. Campaign URL parameters may be saved with the inquiry to identify its source. Netlify processes request metadata to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Submission receipts used to prevent duplicate saves contain a hashed form fingerprint, submission and conversion identifiers, status, and a CRM record identifier.
Advertising measurement is optional. If you check the advertising measurement box, the page loads OpenAI’s measurement SDK. It may collect browser, device, page, advertising referral, and event information under OpenAI’s privacy policy. After your inquiry is successfully saved, we send a lead_created event and a random event identifier. We do not send your name, email, phone, budget, financing answers, or message in that event. Without that checkbox, this page does not load the OpenAI measurement SDK. You can uncheck the box before submission to withdraw consent for this page.
On our buyer-agent and seller-agent consultation pages, optional advertising measurement also includes Google Ads. Google tags are blocked until you select the optional measurement checkbox. A conversion is sent only after Follow Up Boss confirms a successful save, with an opaque submission event identifier for deduplication. Google may receive the page URL, advertising click identifiers and technical data, and may set advertising cookies after consent. We do not include your name, email, phone, property address or message in Google conversion-event fields. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are not enabled. You can withdraw measurement permission by unchecking the box before submitting; your inquiry still works without measurement.
We use service providers to process inquiries and maintain the website. This form does not authorize automated marketing text messages. We retain inquiry records for follow-up and legitimate business needs, subject to applicable requirements and deletion requests.
